Recognized as leading successful Hospital or Health Systems by leading quality and performance benchmarking organizations
Highly developed motivational and team building skills: Believes in management by example and the importance of the organization’s associates
Possess strong strategic and tactical skills in implementing an organization’s mission and vision
A member in good standing of ACHE or other recognized professional healthcare-related associations
Demonstrates at least 10 years of experience as a CEO or COO of successfully leading a significant Hospital or Health System
Actively served on community boards and has demonstrated skills in working with the communities that the Hospital or Health System serves
