Upon selection of a C-Suite leader, a statement of work (Sow) and fee schedule are developed. Within the SOW the organization’s goals and priorities are documented.
Once the C-Suite leader begins, weekly meetings are scheduled with the executive sponsor (CEO Advisory Network Partner) to review the progress that has been made, identify new priorities, and remove barriers.
We manage the process through the entire engagement to ensure a smooth transition.
