​Samantha is a seasoned healthcare operations, finance and technology executive with over 35 years of experience improving operational performance across healthcare. During her career, Samantha has had the honor to serve nearly 100 healthcare organizations by leading transformational change in throughput, operational excellence, and strategy deployment. Samantha held several prominent healthcare positions including CEO of St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Chief Financial Officer for the Northern Division of Mercy Health, and Senior Vice President of Transformation for Catholic Health Partners, now known as Bon Secours Mercy. 

Samantha’s proven track record encompasses a blend of technical knowledge and healthcare domain expertise, bridging the gap between innovative technology and operational challenges. Her specialized expertise led her to CareLogistics, LLC for the past 10 years.  As President,  she commercialized a model to simplify healthcare operations supported by a technology platform designed to provide real-time visibility, operational insights and powerful analytics driving a financial return of at least 10X ROI to hospital and health system customers.

Samantha is a mission-driven leader focused on enabling organizations to improve the delivery of patient care and the overall well-being for the entire population.  She is passionate about solutions to improve patient experience, health equity and care team well being while reducing per capita costs.    Currently, Samantha serves as an advisor to healthcare organizations seeking to improve operational efficiency and leverage technology to enhance patient care and achieve strategic goals and as an advisor to founders of new technology companies navigating the challenges of launching a growing a business.
