Having organized complex organizations and participated on some of the leading healthcare boards in the country, the CEO Advisory Network Partners are organized to:

  • Provide consultation to develop and support organizational strategy, accelerate performance improvement, and build effective leadership teams
  • Work side by side with CEOs and senior executives as they build the right leadership team with management skills needed to drive change in the organization that is required by the new healthcare environment
  • Provide support in educating Boards on transformational strategies
  • Provide an educational forum “The CEO Healthcare Roundtable” for both seasoned and more recently appointed Chief Executive Officers still early in their careers
  • ​ Provide, on an interim basis, CEOs and COOs to fill critical vacancies while the organization seeks to fill the position permanently
